Before joining the Coca-Cola Co-Founder Network, Rolando was mentoring entrepreneurs and consulting major corporations with business design projects. He is a Design Thinking Professor at the Universidad de San Andrés and has been invited to give Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship talks at diverse events. Rolando is a long-time entrepreneur - he co-founded a vertical garden company called Elevate and designed a toy brand called Waapos. He is a Strategic Design Consultant for the IAE Naves business plan competition.
He has an Industrial Engineering degree from ITBA in Buenos Aires and Master of Arts in Business Design from Domus Academy in Milan. He is a fan of surfing, hydroponic vertical gardens and good design.

Javier is an Industrial Engineer and a passionate entrepreneur who strongly believes that startups are necessary for the developing of any economy, especially in developing countries.
Since he was in college he has worked with entrepreneurs from diverse industries including agriculture, biotech, food, media, and fashion - sometimes as team member and others as a mentor. He also worked for a non-profit organization that offered many solutions for entrepreneurs such as training, acces to risk investment, mentoring and networking. In this role he designed, launched and managed an accelerator program in partnership with Buenos Aires City Government. Javier is an active business angel investor and board member.
He loves sports including rugby, tennis, football, and golf. He has two sons - Juan and Valentín, and wife Angui.
