Gian was an intrapreneur at The Coca-Cola Company. As Head of Creative Excellence in Brazil from 2007-2013 he co-authored the global vision for the future of Content (Liquid & Linked), co-founded Coletivo Coca-Cola (shared value company) and led several global and Latin American marketing programs, changing the advertising, entertainment and licensing culture at Coca-Cola while achieving record business results. His passion to create big businesses by solving big problems moved him to become a formal entrepreneur.
Originally from Colombia, he lived in different countries during his childhood until moving to Rio de Janeiro at the age of 17. Gian is a creative leader who is passionate about people leadership, storytelling and furniture design.

Wilton co-founded the private social network company B2Learn in 2008 and lead the company as CEO until it was sold in 2011. Also in 2011 he co-founded ViajeMe, a startup to inspire leisure travelers in Brazil. From 2006 until 2008 he worked in ABN AMRO headquarters as a PMO for global projects and M&A. Wilton is a business-driven Computer Engineer who graduated from Unicamp. He has lived in Amsterdam and 4 different cities in Brazil, and is currently based in Rio de Janeiro.
